Frozen Sweet and Salty Peanut Butter Pie Ingredients
3 cups light vanilla ice cream (I used vanilla bean Halo Top
⅓ cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
1 premade chocolate pie crust
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
⅓ cup crushed pretzels
How to Make Frozen Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie, Step-by-Step
Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, stir together the softened ice cream and peanut butter until thoroughly combined.
Step 3: Spoon the mixture into the prepare crust and smooth in an even layer.
Step 4: Drizzle or drop the chocolate sauce over the top and then sprinkle with pretzels.
Step 5: Place pie in freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
Step 6: Before serving, allow pie to sit out at room temperature until it begins to soften and can be cut with a sharp knife, at least 5 minutes. (For easier cutting, try running the knife under hot water before slicing.)
Step 7: Garnish with additional toppings if desired (light whipped cream, chopped peanuts, etc.)
Step 8: Store any leftovers in the freezer.

To make this delicious dessert, I used Halo Top vanilla bean ice cream. I think you could also make this with Halo Top Peanut Butter Cup ice cream and go with less peanut butter, or maybe even try mixing in a little powdered peanut butter instead of the creamy peanut butter.
