Spoonable Strawberry Cheesecake
Get all the favors of creamy cheesecake in this simple, spoonable, no-bake strawberry cheesecake dessert. Rather than being cut into slices, this cool and refreshing enlightened cheesecake is scooped into serving dishes and enjoyed with a spoon.
It’s so good, I’ve even been know to add a spoonful or two of the leftovers into my morning smoothie! And now I’m thinking it would be pretty tasty smeared onto a piece of whole grain toast.

Ingredients
3 cups TruWhip natural whipped topping
¾ cup reduced-fat cream cheese
¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
5 packets Truvia (or favorite calorie-free sweetener)
1-½ tablespoons vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
1-½ cups fresh sliced strawberries
1 sheet (4 rectangles) graham cracker, finely crushed
How to Make Spoonable Strawberry Cheesecake, Step-by-Step
Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients. Set aside 9-inch pie dish.
Step 2: Add whipped topping, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla and salt to medium mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
Step 3: Spoon mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and smooth the top.
Step 4: Place sliced strawberries over the top and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
Step 5: Cover tightly and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
Step 6: Divide mixture evenly between 8 serving dishes.
Step 7: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

This easy no-bake dessert can be made with any fresh fruit or berries. Feel free to substitute the sliced strawberries with your favorite in-season fruit—peaches, pineapple, apricot, blueberry and raspberry (or some combination) would all be yummy!
