Well I now put myself first and eat very clean foods with the goal to nourish rather than entertain.
What Is The Difference In Your Fitness Before You Started And Now?
I was bed bound for two years, relied on a walker and scooter. Now I workout 3-5 hours a day. Walking, hills and go to the gym.
What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?
I have more vitality and a stronger mental state and I love to go dancing!!!! I am in better shape than most around me now.
How Much Weight Have You Lost? How Long Did It Take You To Lose It?
I’ve lost 125 pounds and it took about two years.
My Favorite Recipe:
Puréed vegetable soup. It’s super simple with a grand mix of veggies, garlic, lime and onion, then blended in a big pot and separated and frozen for a quick grab!!
Some Advice and/or Words of Wisdom I’d Like To Share
You need to work on the reasons for the weight or it will be a temporary thing. I did a deep dive and identified 7 areas internally that I needed to shift for long term success. I made a YouTube video about to outlive them.
