Tex Mex Egg Mug

No need to go overboard for a hearty filling and delicious breakfast. Just a handful of common ingredients, a mug and microwave are all that’s needed to make this cheesy Tex Mex Egg Mug. And it can be easily changed and adapted for different tastes or what you have on hand.

Black, pinto or any white beans would all be great. Change the flavor and spice level with different salsas (red, green, pico de Gallo, easy blender salsa, fresh salsa Mexicana, etc.).
