The best Weight Watchers breakfast is the one that works for you! On WW you can feel free to start your day off in whatever healthy way feels right. It can be as big or small, as fancy or simple, as traditional or nontraditional as feels right to you.

Breakfast Bars, Cold Cereal, Eggs, Oatmeal, Smoothies, Pancakes, Mugs, Fruit, Danish, Muffins, Toast, Yogurt, Soup, Sandwich, Wraps, Pizza, Leftovers, even Healthy Breakfast Cookies are all fair game.

Why is Cottage Cheese & Fruit a Healthy Breakfast Option for WeightWatchers?

Cottage cheese and fruit make for a healthy breakfast option for Weight Watchers for several reasons:

Protein Boost: Cottage cheese is rich in protein, which is essential for promoting satiety and preserving lean muscle mass. Protein also plays a key role in weight management, and incorporating it into breakfast helps keep you fuller for longer.
Low Points: Weight Watchers assigns Points to different foods based on their nutritional content. Cottage cheese, particularly the low-fat or non-fat varieties, tends to have relatively low Points, making it a favorable choice for those following the Weight Watchers program. On the latest WW Program, nonfat cottage cheese is a Zero Points food choice.
Balanced Nutrition: Combining cottage cheese with fresh fruit adds a variety of essential nutrients. Fruits contribute vitamins, minerals, and natural sweetness, creating a well-rounded and nutritious breakfast.
Fiber Content: Many fruits are a good source of dietary fiber, which aids in digestion and contributes to a feeling of fullness. This can be beneficial for weight management by helping control overall calorie intake.
Versatility: Cottage cheese pairs well with a variety of fruits, allowing for a diverse and flavorful breakfast experience. Whether you prefer berries, melons, or tropical fruits, you can customize your cottage cheese and fruit bowl to suit your taste.
Simple and Quick: Cottage cheese and fruit is a convenient and quick breakfast option that requires minimal preparation. This makes it suitable for busy mornings and adheres to the practical and sustainable aspects of the Weight Watchers approach.
