Cherry Chocolate Chip Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Do you love ice cream but not all the added sugar and fat found in most store-bought varieties? Have you tried easy homemade cottage cheese ice cream? It’s gone viral across the internet and on TikTok.

It’s so easy to make too. You can sweeten it with your favorite liquid sweetener (honey, agave nectar, maple syrup, etc.) and flavor it with all your favorite add-ins.

To get started, all you need is 2 or 3 common ingredients: whole milk (4%) cottage cheese, liquid sweetener of choice, and vanilla extract (optional). And then it is time to get creative with additional flavors—very vanilla, chocolate, coffee, peanut butter, almond butter, frozen fruit, etc.
