I’ve been obese since I was a baby. I didn’t really understood what a “diet” was and I tried diets throughout my life.

I made a commitment to myself in 2017, I literally look at it like I’m married to this healthy lifestyle, I’ve made a promise to myself and realized that I didn’t want to live like that anymore.
How Have Your Eating Habits Changed Since Beginning Your Journey? What Did You Eat Before And What Are You Eating Now?
I used to eat meat like baked chicken or boiled chicken and vegetables, fruits etc., and now I’m vegan. I think that’s what really transformed me even better—I eat fruits vegetables and legumes etc., now.
What Is The Difference In Your Fitness Before You Started And Now?
The time length I used to exercise was like 5 to 10 minutes a day and now I do 50 minutes to 5 hours a day.
What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?
My discipline and my drive that I have now, so much energy I feel alive again, words can’t explain.

I’ve loss 260 pounds and I have been with this for 5 years now.

Never give up! Your goals don’t care about your feelings or what’s going on around you. Be your own hero. No one is going to push you, get it up and get to it, you can do it!
