#1 Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte – Add ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice and a splash of milk to your morning coffee.
#2 Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potatoes – Sprinkle baked, roasted or mashed sweet potatoes with pumpkin pie spice blend to taste. A splash of orange juice into the mashed potatoes makes a nice addition too.
#3 Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal – Add ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice to your morning bowl of oatmeal.

#4 Pumpkin Spice Roasted Vegetables – Chop your favorite fall vegetables – squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, etc. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pumpkin pie spice. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in a hot 400 degree oven until tender, 30 t0 45 minutes.
#5 Pumpkin Spice Baked Apples – Sprinkle peeled and sliced apples with pumpkin pie spice. Microwave on high until tender, 2 to 4 minutes.
How to Make Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice?
I usually have a jar of pumpkin pie spice in my cupboard. If you don’t it is easy enough to make it yourself. Just blend the following together in small bowl and then store in an airtight container:
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground allspice
